Vision for Bright Future (VBF) was established in January 2019 by a few volunteers’ youth who aspired to contribute their part to enhance access to and quality of education and health for the community. Before it received its current name VBF has been operating since 2012 as a simple volunteer association named “Agarfa Improvement Association (AIA)” and helps hard to reach students to fulfill their requirement to go to school and mobilize communities to plant trees and create awareness on deforestation. Program Areas
Vision for Bright Future (VBF) focuses its efforts across four interconnected program thematic areas aimed at uplifting vulnerable communities through UN Sustainable Development Goals initiatives such as education, health, environmental protection, and humanitarian support. In the education sector, VBF is committed to enhancing access to quality education for all, with a special focus on promoting gender equality and reducing dropout rates in underserved areas. The health program addresses maternal and child health, awareness creation on health outcomes and wellbeing, nutrition, and provides essential medical equipment, alongside the establishment of community-based health centers. Under environmental protection, the organization promotes community-driven initiatives to preserve and rehabilitate natural resources. Lastly, through the humanitarian support program, we work towards lifesaving emergency response and improving the livelihood of vulnerable communities by fostering self-help groups and promoting income-generating activities to build resilience and economic independence.
